Cancellation and Return Policy

All orders placed on www.lamelon.com will be delivered to customers by a shipping company.
There are a few issues to be considered regarding shipping.
Your orders will be delivered to the contracted shipping company in about 5 work days.
You will receive an e-mail regarding your shipped product, including the shipment reference number.
Orders are not delivered on Sundays due to official holiday.
How should I receive my cargo package?
As the shipping company races against time, they would like to deliver the cargo and leave as soon as possible. But there is an important consideration.
You should not sign the delivery form without before you receive the cargo package.
You should check the cargo package for any damage due to shipping before you sign the delivery form.
If there is any damage on the package, do not sign any document and return the package to the shipping agent for a report.
Your new products will be shipped as soon as possible.
lamelon.com will not be responsible for any damaged or missing product if the products received came in a damaged package.
Is there a deformation in the package delivered?
If the cargo package has any deformation or if you suspect that the products might have been damaged, open the package in front of the shipping agent before signing the delivery form to check the physical state of your products.
You can sign the delivery form if you see no problem.
If you believe that the products in the package have been damaged, do not accept the products and ask the shipping agent for a damage report. (Do not accept the products for which you have filled in a report. Products need to be returned to lamelon.com.)
These products will be replaced and shipped to you.
In the event of faulty, crushed, broken or damaged delivery;
The shipping company will be responsible for delivering your www.lamelon.com order to the right person in a safe manner.
In the event of a damaged product, you can go to the shipping agency to fill in a report.
Relevant action will immediately be taken once we receive the product along with the report.
Product Returns;
For the buyer to be able to benefit from the right of return in all kinds of cosmetic products, product package needs to be unopened, undamaged and the product needs to be unused.
Shipping fee of the returned product belongs to the BUYER.
For the execution of product returns;
The product to be returned must be sent in its original package/box. (For example, products with cargo label and cargo box sealing tape on the original box are not accepted.) Product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.
"Product Return Form" available on the back page of the invoice must be filled in completely.
The product must be unused.
Products that are not resalable to other customers will not be returned.
In the event that product has been invoiced to a corporate company, you need to send it along with the 'Return Invoice' issued by the company in 'Product Unit Price + VAT' form.
Return of products invoiced to corporate companies will not be processed in the absence of the 'Return Invoice'.
PLEASE NOTE: Before the execution of product return, your order will be inspected by www.lamelon.com Product Return Specialist.
In the event that the product to be returned needs to be inspected, it is sent to the authorized service shop of the brand or to the supplier company for checking.
Please only contact with www.lamelon.com regarding product return issues.
All return requests must be reported to www.lamelon.com Call Center and must be cargoed by you to the address of www.lamelon.com.

If you are not a tax payer, you need to fill in the return information section available on the invoice issued by our company in your name and send it to us together with the product when returning such product.
Otherwise, your return process will not be completed.
Upon Realization of your Return Process;
You will receive an automatic e-mail upon the completion of the return process.
The time when see your refund in your account may change depending on your bank.
The refunded amount will be entered into your account within 10 work days. This duration cannot be modified.
You can receive detailed information from your bank in case of any delay.
Remember that refund of purchases in kind of installment shopping will be entered into your card in installments. 
HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED?

WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS FOR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT?
According to laws, in sales through the Internet (sales with distance contracts), consumers have the right to reject the and return the good within 14 days following the delivery of such good within the framework of the right of withdrawal, without any reason or any legal or penal obligation.
Products cannot be returned to our physical stores.
Provisions for Return;
If the product you have purchased on our Website is faulty, you need to contact us through our contact (e-mail) address available on the left upper side of the page, within maximum 7 days following the delivery date.
Following these information, the faulty product to be delivered back to us by the shipping company, will be replaced with the new one.
If the fault of the product order is sourced by consumer usage or if the product has been used in this 7-day period, the product will not be returned or replaced.
Product return will in no way be possible for a product to be used on the body according to the rules of hygiene. Consumer Protection Law Numbered 4077 will apply on product return or replacement process.
Products to be returned shall be free of perfume, lotion or deodorant that could leave a heavy smell or stain.
